The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) is the legislation that applies to majority of premises and workplaces in the UK.

It places the responsibility for Fire Safety with the "Responsible Person" This is the person who owns the premises or business or the person with control over the premises, business or activity.
